From refuge to refuge
The Sasso Piatto/Plattkofel will be our goal, Helmut Kritzinger our guide. The first day of trekking you pass, starting from Compaccio, the Refuge Molignon and then you reach the border of South Tyrol until you get to our night stay at the Refuge Sasso Piatto. The next day full of energy, after a fine and energetic breakfast we will continue along the steep road, full of curves to reach the summit. And from there, at 2959 m height you will enjoy a breathtaking view.
Tandem flight
Do you like strong emotions? Then take advantage of the possibility of paragliding over the most beautiful mountains of the world, leaving from Spitzbühl to Castelrotto. You are in safe hands. (Length of flight: approx ½ hour)

Monday: Adventure at the riding farm
Which animals live on a farm? Start your journey of discovery and learn all about the large and small animals on a farm. What is more obvious on the horse farm than to get on a horse? A riding instructor takes care of you and leads you on horseback through the lounge. And in the end a nice little refreshment awaits you!
Tuesday: Cooking for kids at the Malga Gostner Schwaige
Just for once, let your children cook for you. You will be impressed to see what little culinary chefs they turn out to be. While the parents take a stroll or simply enjoy the sun the children prepare culinary delights for young and old with the help of Franz, the chef of the Malga Gostner Schwaige. Meeting place for the cooking afternoon is the Malga Gostner Schwaige.
Wednesday: Out and About with Witch Martha
Who wouldn’t like to spend a day with a real witch, a good witch, of course? The kind witch Martha travels with you through alpine meadows and tells tales of the Sciliar region. Together with Martha you stop for a bite to eat at a hut, where a delicious lunch awaits you.
Thursday: Fairy-tales day on Monte Calvario/The Kofel
Together, we tinker and paint in the midst of the great outdoors. That’s great! And for the fresh air makes people hungry, a little refreshment is also provided for.
Friday: Climbing for all the family
A qualified mountain guide of Alpine School Sciliar/Schlern will show the whole family how to climb safely and how togo up and down the ropes. They will complete simple climbing and balancing exercises as well as practice climbs. And introduce you to the mountain secrets.
Colouring book
Take a short look at your summer colouring book: what do you like best? The knight in his armour, the cow on the lush alpine meadow or the Sciliar witch on her broom? With the brightest colours the images will look even nicer. Try it out!

Course of “cooking with herbs”
Franz Mulser, prize-winning cook and manager of the Gostner Schwaige, will not only reveal some of the secrets of his excellent culinary art, but also give you interesting information regarding the use of some of the local herbs.
Guided hike
Our hiking tour will take you to San Valentino, to the old Malenger Mill and to the farm “Puntschiederhof”. There you will enjoy a self-made apple juice. Then it goes on to S. Osvaldo, to the farm “Pflegerhof” to visit the herbal garden and finally to the inn "Tschötscherhof" where you will taste delights made from different herbs.
Culinary excursion with cookery course
Embark on a pleasant hike to San Valentino/Sankt Valentin and make a short detour to the pretty little church of San Valentino. As the motto of the day is hiking and cooking, you’re going to try out some South Tyrolean recipes. During the herbal cooking class with Marianna you learn more about the local cuisine while preparing delicious dishes with the herbs of the region. When the cooking is done there is nothing left but to taste and enjoy your meal.

Monday: Kids’ Adventure Hike „Experiencing the wood“
Together we start a little adventure travel through the wood “Laranza/Laranz” where there is so much to discover. Along the mushrooms footpath we observe forest animals, collect fruits and berries, and transform the forest to our playground.
