Arrival

From north
Take the Brenner motorway A22 to the Chiusa/Val Gardena exit. Follow the SS12 state road towards Chiusa and Ponte Gardena (8 km). Shortly after Ponte Gardena, turn left, cross the bridge, and continue on the SP24 towards Castelrotto (8 km).

From south
Leave the A22 Bolzano Nord. Turn left onto the SS12 towards Castelrotto/Alpe di Siusi and continue to Prato Isarco (2 km). From there, follow the SP24 to Fiè, Siusi, and finally Castelrotto (20 km).

From west
Via the Passo Resia – Val Venosta (SS40 + SS38) to Merano, then take the MEBO expressway to Bolzano South. Enter the A22, exit at Bolzano Nord, then continue as described above via Prato Isarco and the SP24.

From east
From Lienz through San Candido, follow the Val Pusteria Valley (SS49) to the Varna/Bressanone motorway entrance. Take the A22 to the Chiusa/Val Gardena exit, then continue via Ponte Gardena and the SP24 to Castelrotto.

The last meters to Residence Park
At the large roundabout at the entrance to Castelrotto, look out for the GNP gas station on your right. About 150 further, behind the small bus shelter on the left, you’ll see the entrance to Via Misalt. Please slow down here, the turn is sharp. If you miss it, simply continue into the village and find a way to turn around.

The entrance to Residence Park is clearly signposted. Follow Via Misalt to the end, where check-in parking spaces are available directly in front of our stone house to your left.

If you approach from Castelrotto center, follow Oswald von Wolkenstein Street towards Alpe di Siusi. Just before a wooden bus shelter on the right-hand side you’ll find the entrance to Via Misalt. Follow the road until the end, our Residence Park awaits you with parking spaces right in front of our stone house.

The train stations in Bolzano and Bressanone are served by IC and EC trains. From there, there are direct bus connections to Castelrotto.
The Castelrotto/St. Anna bus stop is only a 3-minute walk from Residence Park.
