Standard terms and cancellation conditions of the 3 star Superior Residence

Check our conditions and information so that you will have a successful holiday in South Tyrol with no unpleasant surprises - Park apartments in the municipality of Kastelruth

Check-in & Check-out
Your apartment is available at lunch time on arrival day.
Guests are asked to vacate the apartment by 9:00am on day of departure.
Late Check Out: For half day use of the apartment until 7:00pm: €50.00 per apartment (not possible to book in advance, only once in the Residence Park)


Reservation
Please make your reservation in writing. We hope you understand that we cannot confirm specific apartment numbers.
Your reservation is confirmed after you pay an advance payment of about 1/3 of the rental price.

Cancellation conditions
The right to cancel is laid down in the Consumers' Code* nevertheless we concede the following cancellation conditions: Cancellations up to 61 days prior to your arrival are free. For cancellations up to 60 to 31 days prior to your arrival we charge 40% and for 30 to 15 days prior to your arrival we charge 80% of the entire price for the period booked. Thereafter, we charge 100%.

We ask for your understanding that in cases of late arrivals or early departures, as well as for beds not occupied, we have to charge the entire amount of your booking.



Payment
The accepted modes of payment are: cash, non transferable cheque, bank transfer.
We regret that we do not accept payment by credit card or cash card!


WIFI - Internet
We are pleased to provide our guests with free internet connection in all apartments.


Washing machine
A washing machine for guests is available at extra cost. A drying system can be found on the balcony.


Non smoking
Our Residence Park is a non-smoking house. We ask our guests to smoke only on the balcony.


Cats and dogs
We ask for your understanding that pets are not allowed in our Residence.


Local tax
On 1 January 2014, a local tax was introduced in South Tyrol/Südtirol. The revenue from this local tax will be used for the expansion and maintenance of infrastructure and services, as well as for the organization of cultural and sports events. Children and adolescents under 14 years of age are exempt from levy. The local tax is payable upon departure and is listed separately on the invoice.
