To start the day with a tasty treat, we offer a convenient fresh bread service: the day before, you can order your favorite bread rolls and other products such as milk, butter, or eggs. In the morning, we will bring your breakfast directly to your apartment door.

Parking is free of charge. Each apartment has its own covered parking space or a space in the underground car park. Additional outdoor parking spaces are available on request.

There is a public charging station for electric vehicles just 180 metres from our house.

Upon conclusion of the accommodation contract, you will automatically receive the South Tyrol Guest Pass, valid from the day of arrival until the day of departure inclusive. With this pass, you can travel free of charge on all public transport within the South Tyrol integrated transport system. Detailed information can be found at www.suedtirol-guestpass.info.

We kindly ask for your understanding that pets are not allowed.

All our apartments are non-smoking. Smoking is only permitted on the balconies.

Free Wi-Fi is available in all apartments.

A washing machine is available for guests to use for a fee. There is also a drying rack on the balcony for drying your clothes.

Your holiday apartment will normally be ready from the afternoon of your arrival day. If you arrive earlier, you can leave your luggage with us. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the apartment by 9:00 a.m.

Of course, you can leave your luggage with us until your final departure.
For those who wish to make the most of their day, we offer late check-out until 7:00 p.m. at a cost of € 50.00 per apartment, subject to availability. It is not possible to book this in advance; the decision is made on site.

We only accept reservations in writing. Please note that we cannot guarantee specific apartment numbers. The reservation becomes binding upon payment of a deposit equal to one-third of the total price of the stay.

You can pay by bank transfer, non-transferable check, or cash. We do not accept credit cards, debit cards, or EC cards.

Please note that in Italy there are legal limits on cash payments, which differ for Italian citizens and foreigners. Please check the applicable limits in advance.

• Free cancellation up to 61 days before arrival
• 60 to 31 days before arrival: we charge 40% of the total price
• 30 to 15 days before arrival: we charge 80% of the total price
• From 14 days before arrival or in case of late arrival, early departure, or unoccupied beds: we charge 100%

Please note: there is no right of withdrawal under the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005).

As unforeseen events can always occur, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance to protect yourself from any costs. Further information is available from Europäische Reiseversicherung.

Since January 1, 2014, South Tyrol has had a tourist tax, which is used to maintain and develop tourist infrastructure and organize cultural and sporting events. Children under the age of 14 are exempt.
The tax is charged separately on the bill and paid upon departure.
